Honestly ?



        I think we need to eliminate from your life people who are harmful to you and relationships that are "toxic". It's a big step to start with. I didn't know going alone 10,000 miles and seeing new faces would have done me so much good.

Drinking water. Water's good.

      I also recommend to eat what you want, not to deprive you because before, I could not eat what I wanted because I had no right. Now I'm having fun since I left the family nest. Eating well plays a huge role (at least for me) on my character.

     To understand that you are the only master of your life and that we don't care about people who make remarks to you. Anyway, they're the same people you can't talk to because they'RE always right, even if you had a bac+5 on the subject.
